Flexible cancellation covers situations where you need to cancel your villa rental abruptly. It also covers all paid additional services and COVID-19 exposure.
With Flexible Cancellation, you can cancel the reservation in case of serious medical issues, COVID-19, personal quarantines or if you are unable to meet the health requirements to travel abroad from your home country.
Flexible cancellation is subject to the "Flexible Rule Type", which is among the cancellation conditions.
Who covers Flexible Cancellation? Flexible Cancellation includes both the booker, the host, and the platform.

What does Flexible Cancellation cover?

• The 'FLEXIBLE RULE TYPE' in 'ANNEX-1 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS' is considered valid, Timeout date is the last 7 days
• In cases where the Lessor cancels the reservation, the total amount paid is refunded to the Tenant.
• COVID-19 issues
• hospitalization
• bedridden
• death (Co-participation 0%)
• self-preventive quarantine, inability to meet sanitary conditions for travel
• cancellation of the platform for valid reasons

What does Flexible Cancellation not cover?

• Intentional actions
• chronic diseases
• Abuse of alcohol, drugs or psychotropic substances
• Mental disorders or mental illnesses
• Travel to the war zone
• Events resulting from force majeure or other accidental circumstances
• State power or general interference by public administration
• Cancellation of villa rental due to cancellation by the owner for valid reason

When and how can I purchase Flexible Cancellation?

You can purchase Flexible Cancellation directly on our website when booking a villa or up to 3 working days after booking. Last-minute bookings, i.e. bookings made less than 15 days before departure, require the Flexible Cancellation to be purchased the same day as payment.
